Finally and update

So here we are with my first blog post of the new year, and my first post since I "cleaned house" back in November. No real reason for removing the old stuff, just an impulse for a clean slate.

It's been a great 2010 so far! We started it out with bringing Zeus into our family. He's been with us for just over a week now and things are starting to settle down. Here's a rundown of life with Zeus...

• He likes to take clean clothes out of the laundry basket, geuss that means I can't dilly dally about putting those clothes away.
• Once around the block tires him out and always inspires a post walk nap.
• He likes to chase after Molly to get her to play, she runs from him and is very tolerant as he jumps on her, but she doesn't want to play.
• His favorite spot to sleep is on a pillow between our heads (Molly sleeps under the covers at my feet). Really I think its a great thing that they will sleep in the same bed together, but someday soon it will all get too crowded.
• The vet is pretty confident that he's an American Pit Bull Terrier mixed with a Great Dane!! This boy could prove to be a monster!
• He steals Molly's old toys from under the bed, I think he is using the "use it or lose it" attitude to justify this.
